A facilitator is someone who helps a group function better. But that definition doesn’t come close to all that a talented facilitator can be—a motivator to the group, a guide for their discussions, a builder of bridges among its members and so much more. If you’re experienced at this kind of balancing act, with a passion for serving others and the desire to help empower young Tri Deltas to uncover their full potential, we want to hear from you!
As a facilitator, I am so encouraged by the work that Tri Deltas are doing across the country. It can be easy to get stuck in the narrow focus of your chapter or region, but our sisters are accomplishing huge things and it was incredible to see that first hand. I have a lot of faith that the future of Tri Delta and our chapters are in good hands.
