Getting to know our sisters and the stories that shape who they—and we—are is the goal of our Let’s Talk Tri Delta podcast. Available across the world’s most popular platforms, Let’s Talk Tri Delta debuted in August of 2019 and have featured interviews with more than 150 sisters from Ottawa to Corpus Christi and San Francisco to Maine. Since our first episode, we’ve been shining a spotlight on the remarkable journeys, achievements and passions of our members and the impact they make on their families, communities and careers.
Whether it’s our Women of Achievement sharing their wisdom, chapter development consultants revealing what it’s like on the road, collegians offering recruitment advice and strategies, or even best-selling authors, filmmakers and athletes diving into their unique experiences, there’s something for everyone! We even have a fan-favorite series we call “Tri Deltas in the TV Room,” which feels like you’re back in your chapter house chatting about everything from current events to pop culture.
Let’s Talk is a podcast for every Tri Delta, who tune in for inspiration, advice or just to feel connected. Along the way, you’ll learn about the incredible stories your sisters have to share and how much we all truly have in common.

A Testament to Tri Delta
Mindy Tucker, Tri Delta’s CEO and one of our regular podcast hosts, says, “My favorite part of these interviews is the common thread I hear over and over. Each of these women wouldn’t be where they are or wouldn’t have taken a bold step or tried something brave without their Tri Delta sisters encouraging them. Each story has a sister who saw something in them, a sister who encouraged them to go after that job or that big goal, a sister who signed them up for something they were too scared to sign up for themselves. We all know Tri Delta has a tremendous impact on women, but these stories are the stories of Tri Deltas impacting women—their Tri Delta sisters. They are wonderful stories individually, but pulled together, they are an incredible testament to the Tri Delta sisterhood experience.”
But it’s not all laughter and fun stories. We also tackle hard but necessary conversations around topics including grief, mental health, cancer diagnoses and other challenges our members have faced with courage and dignity. These moments remind us of the strength within our sisterhood and the collective power of sharing our truths.
We are always looking to highlight Tri Deltas with compelling stories. If you or a sister has a story they’d like to share, let’s talk! Email us at communications@trideltaeo.org. In the meantime, grab your favorite drink, hit play and join the conversation. Listen now!
