This summer, we’re bringing all Tri Delta house directors together for our premier training event, House Director Conference 2025, held at none other than Tri Delta’s Executive Office in Dallas, Texas.

Yes, your attendance is required, but we promise it will be the most fun you’ll ever have at a conference. We have plenty of inspiration, connection, food, celebrations and a few surprises planned just for you! And don’t worry about travel costs—we’ve got you covered! Economy airfare plus double occupancy hotel accommodations and meals will be on us, so you can focus on having fun and learning!

Here’s what you can expect from Tri Delta’s House Director Conference 2025:
- Share your own experiences and strategies with other house directors, and learn from their successes and challenges.
- Listen and learn from speakers and industry leaders who will share knowledge and insights that will help you navigate the relational and logistical elements unique to your house director role.
- Leave feeling confident and excited to fulfill your job responsibilities for the upcoming academic year.
- Network and connect with Executive Office staff and other Tri Delta house directors from across the country.

- Complete your order to finalize your registration.
- You will receive a registration confirmation email.
HOTEL CONSIDERATIONS
- You may request an upgrade to a single-occupancy room during registration. The cost to upgrade to a single room is $84.50/night.
- If you request a roommate, we will do our best to match you accordingly.

- Tri Delta will cover the cost of an economy class airline seat. If you wish to upgrade to business or first class or want a specific seat assignment, please contact the airline directly after making your reservation through TripEasy.
- House directors who have supervision responsibilities should plan to arrive by 11 a.m. CT on Tuesday, July 8, for a 1 p.m. CT event start time.
- All other attendees should arrive by 2 p.m. CT. House Director Conference officially kicks off on Tuesday, July 8, at 5 p.m. CT.
- If you need to travel to Dallas on Monday, July 7, please contact events@trideltaeo.org.
- The conference will end the evening of Thursday, July 10. Plan to depart anytime on Friday. Hotel checkout is Friday, July 11, at 11 a.m. CT.
- If you’re driving, you can submit an expense report after the conference. We will reimburse transportation at the federal rate of 70 cents per mile, up to $650.
