Here’s what you can expect from Tri Delta’s House Director Conference 2024:
- Participate in a hands-on walkthrough, recreating the day-to-day aspects of your job role.
- Engage in practical exercises simulating real-world scenarios within the house environment.
- Network and connect with Executive Office staff and other Tri Delta house directors from across the country.
- Share your own experiences and strategies with other house directors, and learn from their successes and challenges.
- Listen and learn from speakers and industry leaders who will share knowledge and insights that will help you navigate the relational and logistical elements unique to your house director role.
- Leave feeling confident and excited to fulfill your job responsibilities for the upcoming academic year.

Step 3. Book your travel to Indianapolis.
TRAVEL NOTES
- Your registration confirmation email will include instructions on how to book your travel through our partners at TripEasy.
- First-time attendees should plan to arrive by 11:00 a.m. ET for a 1:00 p.m. ET event start time.
- All other attendees should arrive by 3:00 p.m. ET. House Director Conference officially kicks off on Thursday, June 11, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
- Plan to depart anytime on Friday, June 14.
- If you’re driving, you can submit an expense report after the conference. We will reimburse transportation at the federal rate of 65.5 cents per mile, up to $650.
