Convention will be held at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes. HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS
Tri Delta will make hotel reservations on your behalf based on the information provided in your registration.
- Single Occupancy Room: $249 per night inclusive of resort fee and taxes
- Double Occupancy Room: $129 per night inclusive of resort fee and taxes (Double occupancy rooms are shared rooms with two Convention attendees. During registration you will have the opportunity to request a roommate.)
Hotel resort fee includes mountain bike rentals at Grande Lakes Sports, pool floats at the JW Marriott Lazy River, shuttle transportation to SeaWorld® , Walt Disney World® and Universal® Orlando (24-hour advance reservations required, call x4005), tennis court access and fitness center class.
For delegates and select volunteers, Tri Delta covers the cost of double occupancy hotel room. Those attendees will have the opportunity to upgrade to a single room at a rate of $120 per night during registration.
GETTING TO ORLANDO
Attendees should fly into Orlando International Airport. We recommend Uber or Lyft to get from the airport to the resort.
For delegates and select volunteers, Tri Delta covers the cost of transportation if booked through our partners at TripEasy. You will receive instructions on how to book your travel AFTER registration.
Alumnae chapter presidents and collegiate chapter presidents should arrive on Wednesday, July 10, in order to be ready to participate in training that begins on Thursday at 9:00 a.m.
General Convention attendees should arrive mid-day on Thursday. Convention’s opening session begins at 4:00 p.m. ET.
Convention ends on Sunday, July 14 at noon ET. We recommend flights that leave after 2:30 p.m. ET.
